Aqua Texas began operating the RCH Water Supply Corporation system at the end of July 2023. We understand the troubles facing the system over the last few months and we are here to help.   

We have more than 136 years of turning around challenged water systems, and we look forward to improving your service to make sure you have clean, safe, reliable water – with excellent customer service along the way

The region is and has been facing severe water shortages, and Aqua Texas has been working very closely with water suppliers to ensure reliable service for RCH customers. It’s an ongoing effort to expand our supply, but we’re confident we can do it.

In the meantime, though, we need your help in conserving water.

Here are some important things you need to know, now that we’re providing your water service:

Customer Service

Don’t hesitate to reach out to us with question or concerns about your service – we’re here to help.

• For any questions about your service, please contact the local Aqua office by sending an email to RCH@AquaWater.com – someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
• For emergencies, continue using the emergency hotline at 325.266.8366.

WaterSmart Alerts

We have a quick and convenient communication system, WaterSmart Alerts, to update our customers on water quality and service information.  We encourage all of our customers to sign up for our WaterSmart alerts as soon as possible, and we offer several convenient ways to sign up:

• Call Our Office – Give us a call at 254.776.1999 and ask to be signed up for WaterSmart Alerts.
• Sign up Online – Email RCH@AquaAmerica.com with your name, service address, email address and phone number.   
• Send Back a Form – You can print and fill out this form and return it to Aqua to start receiving WaterSmart Alerts. You can mail it to 7025 Sanger Ave., Waco, TX 76710.

Billing

Customer service and billing has transferred to Aqua, and you will start receiving bills around September 1.
