Through our Aqua ePortal online destination and app, our customers have access to:
- Improved customer tools for account maintenance and notifications, viewing and paying bills
- Customer consumption data
- A new integrated disruption map, which will provide additional details for outages and can pinpoint a customer’s current location

What does this mean for current portal customers?
We’ve made this transition a seamless and secure experience for you. We have securely transferred our customers’ data, including your billing and payment information and automatic payments.
For customers currently enrolled in autopay, that will transition over without any additional steps from you. But the email you receive confirming your payment will look different. Payments will now be processed through our ePortal payment vendor, ACI Speedpay.
How will current portal customers access the site?
When you visit our new site here, you will login with the same username and password you use today. When you log in for the first time, the system will send you a password reset email.
